I'm pretty sure that since matroska is just a container that it wouldn't matter and the decoding would still be offloaded to the GPU. I'm not positive on that but I am pretty sure.

It told me that there is no conflict in my system.

So why would mpg sort of work (except no audio in HD recordings) and not work at all in the .ts format.
