For some reason a small amount of my TV series dont get detected, even when using TVRenamer first. So I end up with a few seasons...

You might be saved by the thumbs folder reduction script that you can find link to in the FAQ.
It will reduce all your images to be below the specified size threshold of 350kB, so even for 10,000 images you would still be using much less then you are now.
