    The missing music cover images for artists/albums that contains special characters are probably handled now. It was actually iViewer that didn't handle the encoded url correctly but it's fine if not using encoding and letting iViewer handle that for the image url. The workaround fix will be included in the next update.

    Good news, thank you a lot in advance. So i will be looking forward to the next release. I need to fix the messy tags in my classical music first, they came from Freedb and are mostly crap, at least for the artist and album information. So take your time.

    I have now also reinstalled the full version of iViewer. The issue with the missing thumbs in the latest section is gone. So there is at least a workaround available.

    Could you add in that clicking CONTROLS button switches between the two pages? Often when using the remote controls, I find myself in the Now Playing screen controls and it's not very intuitive IMO. I immediately want to click CONTROLS to switch to them, but nothing happens. Right now, I'm just guess-clicking wildly to bring the controls back up.

    Also, is TRAKT support coming? I'm not sure if the MP iViewer has web browser support built in, but having access to TRAKT would be great.

    A now playing screen is revealed when media is playing and you press 'Controls'. The regular remote is revealed when no media is playing and you press 'Controls'. From the now playing screen it's always possible to change to the normal remote(and then back to now playing screen) by swiping the blue dots above the volume slider.

    We haven't yet planned to add TRAKT. iViewer has a browser, we e.g. use if for IMDB. I will add it to the feature request list.

    Hi,

    I have a strange problem with updating the MPiV app - everytime I start the update process i get the following error message after about 5 minutes:

    After that, the app stays forever in the "Update in progress" state, so i cannot provide any logs.
    I have already tried to remove the app with all data and reinstalled it, but I had no success with that.

    I will check the download link asap. Can you please remove the image, the url should not be public? Can you try to download the file(using rhe url in the image)from a pc on the same metwork as the ipad? How slow internet do you have, the file is probably about 100Mb.

    Glad that you got it working, cant give any explanation why it failed initially though. Do you have slow internet or are using 3g? The server could have been down but that rarely happen. I tested upgrading over 3g with no issues before the first release.

    I have a 16mbit connection and updated via wifi so thats not the cause. The only thing I did was trying to download it via safari on my ipad and then it suddenly worked in the app so it may have been some kind of caching issue.

    Hi guys, is it possible to view your folders when listening to music? I have a lot of cd's with all kinds of artists on them. I only use folderview when I am using other players. Would also like to do that with mpiv
