I haven't tried it myself but what about the PocketPC client? If everything is wi-fi enabled you can control MP via that.
Otherwise, the only other route I can think of is a small touch screen monitor, the type of thing fitted in car-puters and a v long vga cable.

Has anyone had luck getting ATI Tv Wonder Pro working? I have this card and almost all other PVR software works with it, but I do not like them. MediaPortal is very appealing to me but I have been unable to get any input from card into MediaPortal autotune. The channels are all black.

The drive your recordings will end up on is not determined by what you drive you select in disc quota. That is set in the capture card - Recording folder field.
So MP First checks what drive it should be (from the properties of the capture card), then uses that drive to see if quota is ok.

So I take it that this is the only format MP will record in. I have tried converting it over using Digital Media Converter, but it took about 3-4 hours to do just a 50 minute video! And it said that the dvr-ms was a highly compressed format.
