Till now the issue did not appear again. I uninstalled all not needed software, so i guess one of those programs must have caused it - or it just disappeared.
Cant imagine which one could have been the source. E.g. mirc, jdownloader, coretemp. However, hope one of it was the reason. So far all is good.

MediaPortal already supports the Hauppauge Colossus and HD-PVR HD capture devices. For now they're the only cards supported. We are looking at more general capture card support for the future, but no promises.

Sorry to chime in, but having either madvr or something thats as good quality wise (nothing else ive seen comes close) for live tv would so awsome, yeah its sort of possible with ffdshow, but madvr can offload prettly much everything to the gpu and works so well, compared against evr is like chalk and cheese.
