OK I finally tracked down the problem file which is Revision 12899 of TvEngine3/Filters/sources/TsWriter/source/SectionDecoder.cpp by Yamp

I can't confirm this directly. But I can somehow confirm that once there is information inside the epg, it is not updated/checked.

Hi surfermc,
I have seen this too and imho it shouldn't be. And clean up isn't working too. I am pretty sure it is a bug, but it seems that the coders are doing pretty heavy work on some bugs in TVE3, so please be a bit patient. If it still there say in a week, please make a proper bug report with all logs.
