No url, i get this A LOT.. Why, it plays fine on youtube site..
its like 45% of the time i want to play a file i get the no url error.

Here is all my logs.
MePo 1.2.3
OV 1.2.0.0
SAF 610

OV has done this for a long time, all versions, i wonder why this is?

Please help, i like to solve this issue please

I know this won't solve your overall problem, but some of the sites are time specific, such as Wiziwig where their streams are only available an hour before broadcast although they will be listed sometimes weeks in advance.

I can play all videos in browser, and 1 minute after, Cannot play them in MePo
So that is not the issue

The log of the source filter says:

CurlDebugCallback(): received HTTP header: 'HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

How are you accessing that video on YouTube? What video in specific is that? Does it happen on any of the YouTube videos in the Top Rated category? If it only happens lately, maybe YouTube has changed some things for certain videos.

Videos all play in browser, no problems
I start mepo, go to OV, click my sites, youtube, and watch later cat, click the video, select any of the formats, and it will not play..

It also does it in the Top Rated Category, excample the top video right now is: Kony 2012 -

I am starting to think that you have some unusual network configuration (load balance, dual nic, dual wan, proxy, ...), because I can play this video without any problems and if other people had the same problem there would be much more reports.

strange, i can play it also on all computers in my house, all mobile devices, ipads, smartphones, and the computer thats running MePo, but not from OV inside mepo

Network, 1 wireless router, Wifi, NO Firewall.

any ideears?

Update, Funny i an play the firts one now the BMW one...
The others NOPE canot play, even external player cant play WMP, it reports: cannot connect to server..
maybe there is some bug with the play urls youtube..

To be honest: NO. If you have autoupdate enabled you are running latest code of the Youtube site which generates the urls correct,since they work here. Other than your provider blocking them, I have no clue.

Strange, they cant be blocked, i can play them just fine on that computer outside mepo in Internet Explore.
Yes i update sites on every load..
Is there a way to see what version the YouTube site is?, so i can make sure its the newest one?

I'm getting "error getting playback urls for video" on all episodes of Homeland on 4OD. I tried one other series and that was OK and Homeland plays OK from the website.

Update i found my problem: Looking in to windows logs, i found there was an error about some windows Side-By-Side something.
i searched google, and found that the solution was to install: http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/1/c/e1c773de-73ba-494a-a5ba-f24906ecf088/vcredist_x86.exe

No matter if you are on 64bit or 32bit system, INSTALL that file!! reboot, run mepo, and OV, now try play the files you could not play before.. i can play all i have tested so far except 1, and that one may be some other problem... Nice, finally, it was driving me cracy.. Now works 99% )
