On a sidenote: Has anyone troubles with the onlinevideos repository http://code.google.com/p/mp-onlinevideos2/ ? The last commit on that seems from 2 years ago...

Holy cow. Here I was just thinking that my RSS reader was playing tricks on me. Indeed, the revisions are from 2 years ago.

Backups anyone? Not going to "svn up" until this is sorted out.

SVN repository is recontructing, because of removing unofficial RTMP Handshake 10 patch from SVN history. It takes a while ...

The repository UUID has changed so your working copy won't work as is.
If you have at least Tortoise1.7 you can use this to update it from the repo root:

sqlite3 .svn/wc.db "update REPOSITORY set uuid='0f7611a1-2371-95b1-720d-0c3a6f3ffb8b' where id=1"

And if not, then do a new checkout, remove all .svn folders from your old checkout, then copy the remaining files over your new checkout folder

Hi all, I've been having abit of trouble with the lastest OV with MP 1.2. I have been getting the "Mediaportal has stopped responding bla bla" error alot. The pattern I have noticed is when I select a source to stream from in Watch-Series It starts to buffer then crashes MP, But the video still plays and I have full control of MP. Just the dialog box sits right in the middle of the screen. Sorry I don't have logs for this as of yet, But I'm still not sure how to reproduce the error, Throwing it out incase someone has the same issue.

The next one is I have been watching "How It's made" Series 18 all episodes, "Hell on wheels" last episode and a few others I don't remember in watch-series and when it gets to the last few minutes It starts skipping and jumping back about 5mins, Pretty sure it has fully downloaded as it show 100% downloaded well before I get to the end. If anyone has experienced the same please share your experiences.

I also have both of these issues happening with Watch-Series. First issue seems to happen if I try several different sources in a short period of time when trying to find one that plays smoothly.

I just had the stuttering issue with Top Gear US latest episode. For some reason my OnlineVideos.log is completely empty, but here is MPUrlSourceSplitter.log if that helps.

OV is acting up for me. Sometimes when I'm streaming something, suddenly I'll lose the sound and the video will speed up. I've been trying to get that to happen this afternoon to log it but haven't managed to so far.

Also, whilst testing I watched something on Yahoo Music Videos and when it ended, it got stuck on a black screen with the Yahoo logo and wouldn't return to the MP GUI no matter what I pressed, so I had to kill MP.

Hi, first time posting here. I installed Online Videos plugin about 9 months ago, mostly hoping to watch TVNZ and TV3 (New Zealand) OnDemand programs, but 90% of the programs don't play. I guess no one bothers updating them URL's or whatever is required.

But I did use to watch the live Nasa TV feeds occasionally, which was working well up to a couple of months ago when it stopped working. Under Nasa / Nasa Live TV there are 3 items. The first one Nasa TV has never worked, but the 2nd one Nasa Digital Media did always work and was often coverage of the control room. This stopped working.

I was using v1.2 of the plugin and updated to 1.3 hoping that might help, but no go. I see further up this page that others also can't use the standard configuration and need to fiddle with configuration files. Is that what we have to do these days?

You can't expect your favorite sites to work without constant updates to it. They need someone to take care and dedicate to that task - and a community that helps and reports problems as well. So you you don't post that something doesn't work - how are we supposed to know that? We have no dev from NZ - so current support for those sites was done by doskabouter with the help of VPN.

Similar goes for NASA. If you can find and provide links to the new streams that work, we can easily update the site.
