You selected (among others) 'C'. It found 158 items there, but you didn't select anything there.
After that you checked latest, new and tv.

I've only tested videos under series/<letter>/ and they worked fine yesterday. Didn't have the chance to check the other main categories.

So to summarize: can you check if you're able to watch videos under series/<letter>/.. ?

Ok I should have given you more info 09-Z work like normal, selecting new comes up straight away no video found, same with all the rest of the selections I made. Thats why you didnt see much, because I couldn't go any futher.

so in short 09-Z is the only thing working

I have encountered lots of problems with OnlineVideos 1.0. If I download movie trailers and try to play them, most freeze (sound keeps playing), some trailers just begin playing before freezing. Same goes for streaming them. I have to ctrl-alt-del out of MediaPortal to close it.

I have MePo 1.2.2, the latest SAF 6 + ReClock outputting sound to AC3 and I don't have the LAV filters that comes with OnlineVideos installed. Attached are the crash logs.

Edit: Nevermind me, seems to have been due to an incorrect codec setting.

Hi, is there a way to enable subtitles when using BBC iPlayer, as there are subtitles available on the standard BBC iPlayer using a web browser.

I use the Avalon skin and for some reason, the OSD is not filled with information from OnlineVideos. Also the common.overlay does not display the video title, but the video filename.
I have looked into the xml files, but I didn't find the problem Can some of you guys take a look?

I found what caused the error! The WIFIRemote plugin..
I disabled it and now the information displays just fine.

EDIT - Problem with playing BBC HD - 720p stream

This problem occurred in the previous version of onlinevideos and I have tried on many 720 streams and on different days. In BBC HD, I go to masterchef and select any of the two videos available there. I select the 720 stream, either Akami or Limelight and MP hangs after it buffers 2.0%

The progress bar is visible in the middle of the screen, stopped. When I then press stop on the remote, I get the Win7 media portal has stopped working and MP crashes out. This is repeatable.

Ram - Have you resolved your problem yet? I am experiencing similar problems with 720 streams from iPlayer although using the ffdshow codec for MPEG2 videos does give me a garbled picture for a while before the crash.

Sounds like you are one of the unlucky ones where the registration of the filter fails I had reports of this before, but we couldn't yet figure out the conditions under which this fails.

Can you try to "regsvr32" the ax file manually (as admin)? It is in the MP install dir subfolder "MPUrlSource".

Just FYI that I had this problem too and regsvr32 fixed it. I'm running XP SP3 and MePo 1.2

I have two XP-clients and this error occurred only on one of them so I've spent most of my day trying to figure out what differs.
Nothing apparently - except this registration only seem to have worked on one of them.
After three hours of changing codecs and googling I finally found this thread. Two minutes and it works like a charm.

Before I post logs etc just wondering if anybody else has had this problem since updating to 1.0.

0.2.2 - all videos played ok
1.0 - videos buffer up to around 3% then MePo freezes.

Any ideas? Tried uninstalling LAVF, makes no difference. Re-installed it, re-registed the urlsource ax. No change.
