I installed a dedidacated grafix card HD5450 and now the HD flickering problem is solved.
It seems that the performance of the onboard HD3200 is nor enough.

I actually did a complete windows re-install about 2 days ago. Now using SAF4.00 only. SAF does not seem to have a option for MPEg pass-through. The problem still persists, so I disabled skin sound effects in MediaPortal Config. Not Ideal, but atleast my DVD sound does not disappear.
