you should enable passtrough so that amp says dolby digital then you hear all the voices in the right way.
what you are doing now is sending 2front surround sounds to amp. hence no dialogue sense it's usually in the center.
cant help more, i use ffdshow and i just tick passtrough on output in the dts & ac3 boxes and it just works...

It should work, but if it doesn't the last version of SAF that was specifically designed for MP1.0.2 was SAF 3.47

i managed to play blu ray (from HDD) in MP 1.0.2.0 with subtitles included.

Creating the system over from scratch had no effect. Here are the debug logs from opening MP, playing a video file with AC3, playing a TRU-HD M2TS file and then attempting to play the same video file with AC3. This last file launched, but froze and the receiver still saying TRU-HD.
