Surprised by the no replies and number of reads :) But ive posted this in another forum and it seems you wont get 5.1 audio on the files if they are WMA audio unless your receiver can decode WMA audio. Otherwise it will be 2 channel, so you can use AC3filter to re-encode. Thought id share that just in case anyone wanted to know!
