It seems that somehow the MP executable is corrupted (or a component of MP is corrupted). Can you try re-installing it?

It's a known bug in the Mantis - just DON'T click on the .Net framework error - and you can continue the configuration as of notning was wrong!

I just figured this out.... by simply having the DVR-mpeg cut pluggin enabled, when something is recorded it gets listed twice as described above. When I disabled the pluggin this stopped.
