You should ge to "Manage Computer / Manage Drives" (or similar, my OS is vista in German...) and set a fixed drive letter for the drive you are connecting. It should remeber the letter and always use this one in the future.

You should only have to enable it in MP Setup (configuration) -> Remote & enable "Use Microsoft MCE remote or keyboard" & it should work out of the box.

So have i, just tried it with those codecs configured to 3 front and 2 rear and it worked fine.
Make sure that windows audio and sound device properties, are configured in the advanced tab for your speakers.

You were right about the color depth, looks better now. haven't changed any settings in the nvidia drivers after install. Will test further if it only was the color that made the image go that bad. Thanks for your input.

I have just uninstallled and reinstalled the 0.2.2 with no SVN and it worked in the test (no grantees yet but so far so good). I did use the exe rather than the msi just in case it does make some difference.
