Thanks anyway but I know all about that problem. I spent quite a bit of time in the Hauppauge forums and eventually we worked out the problem was with v5512 of usbehci.sys, which caused BSOD with the Nova-T 500.
There was a later version that solved the problem and I'm now using v5825, which is newer still. Perhaps advice about...

This has been happening quite often since I did a fresh install of RC5. I don't recall it being a problem with RC4.

This happened to me also. I think the TV server was not shut down by the installation program - resulting in TV service not being upgraded and hence being at the wrong version. This then left me with only the option of a clean install. Next time I will remember to maunually shut down the TV service before upgrade.
