In the latest SVN, removing specific episodes through the config doesn't remove both episodes. That makes it a little easier to deal with since I have to go in regularly anyways to press "Start Import" to get any new episode images or banners for new series.

When you first start MP it will re-scan your tv folder for changes (this is configurable in the options).

I think you will find that "Bullshit" in thetvdb is listed as "Penn & Teller: Bullshit!" which will be a hard thing to match with the ampersand, the colon and the exclamation mark. Note the specific name with the characters used.

You will now be prompted to delete ImportPaths when disabling the 'enabled' column checkbox. I also fixed some bugs with the enabled/removable properties not being persisted to the db.
