1) Try the channel Pro7 with the Preview function of TVEngine3 -> No Audio/Video detected

The problem is when installing 0.2.2.0 and latest svn, together with tvengine 0.3 for a single seat mode everything...

On my laptop i have the exact same issue. I can see that the server is streaming, also the laptop is receiving the stream (network activity). MP is only showing a black screen and no audio.
No commercial mpeg2 codecs. just selected dscaler audio and video decoder. For xvid/divx i installed Klite codecpack 2.82.

It is possible that the fix may not have made it into the one SVN that was released between Frodo posting to say this was fixed and you posting to say that it wasn't.

Make sure you select the correct .dvbc file
the .dvbc file is a text file which contains the frequencies and modulation method used/ The tvserver uses this to scan for dvb-c channels.
If things work ok for you in the 'old' MP then in setuptv select the file as you do in MP.
