I've a problem with live tv... if i lost dvb signal for 5 seconds the image stop and dont came back, only if i get back...
I did consider upgrading but as 1.0.2 had been fine and doing all I wanted for a long time plus all the configuration involved, decided to just try to understand and fix the problem. All I want to do is record TV.
Fingers crossed, since it seemed to "self heal' it is still ok.

Aero is enabled. Playing the same file in MPC-HC gave me the same results. 30-40% generally then 80-90% spikes.

All I can say is that it is listed as a requirement (ref. Requirements - MEDIAPORTAL), but if you UL your logs, more can probably be said on the matter (see my signature for how to UL logs).

It still works even without a scraper, you just won't be able to organize your videos based on information you don't have. But title always exists. That being said I have found the IMDB scraper will do the job nicely in most cases.

So this is not a software problem. I've finally tracked it down to a problem with my TV display. What I'm seeing is one of the backlight strips on the LCD panel being brighter than the others.
