I desire a web interface to easy upload audio or video (divx,mp4,mp3,tv serie,films,etc..) in mediaportal, without using windows explorer .
Or in alternative a client soluiton (like iTunes software) to manage the mediaportal system.

MP works great with my remote and I have no need to use my mouse in it, so it's very annoying when my mouse moves and MP's menus start scrolling like mad and I have to go and wiggle the mouse to cancel this out. I do need to use my mouse in other programs and games launched from MP though, so I can't use any workaround which disables...

It's true that storage is cheap enough these days, but it's nice to have recordings compressed to XVID/MP4 as it makes it easier to stick a few on a USB stick or burn to DVD to share with others, or indeed to archive for myself to DVD as burning DVDs takes a while, so the fewer I need to burn the better :)

I would like to see a feature where TV Recordings can be selected and compressed to AVI/MP4, whilst keeping them in the Recordings...
