You need to check the box for Disable Automatic Buttons to get them to be sent on to Translator.
Otherwise it expects them to be handled automatically.

Ive got the same problem, using Tv2 or Blaster plugin on my standalone MP box. It learns all the codes, then I hit test, and the IR blaster light flashes, but nothing registers on the STB (Scientific Atlanta 1830?).
