It could be the learned IR code for controlling the amplifier is too long, this should be fixed in the next version but that wont be out for a while.
In the meantime, try just tapping the remote button during the learning process.

I found the Problem.
I used the "Remove Replacement Mappings" Button, cause i had the problem with the "twice command".
I reset this and - my learnd commands works fine, but the "twice command" was back.
So i test with disablin "MCE Remote use" in this nice plugin and now, everything works fine.
