You have to change the fields in the tuningdetails and channel tables to make the channel tv rather than radio (you set radio as false and tv as true). You need a Software Encoder to try to get it to work like described in wiki.
If this will work for your chip type i don't know(mine old card didn't work), the best it's to get a hardware encoded card like pvr-150 or pvr-500(same as 150 but dual tuner)
