When this happens collect all logs with MPTesTool & attach them to your post.
To me it seems that channels are not mapped to both cards (TV Setup -> TV Channels -> TV Mapping -> check in drop down menu that all channels are mapped to both cards).

Is it necessary to select "All Channels" in the list or can i select a different channel group. Because i have selected in my case BSkyB as my channel group. Bu not all channels ar populated with information even if the correct info is in the xlm file and the channel and epg data is correct in the list.
