Definately not, but if updating with a svn, always update MP + TVServer with plugin.

Manually adding the channels is not that much work, but they do have to be spelled 100% like I guess...
Perhaps the "export.xml" that can be created in TVE2 Setup can be used for importing channel names?

I ran a full scan on my adapter and it shows 40 channels as found, yet the listing only has 13 listed? The 0.2 engine says 40 channels found and all 40 channels are listed? Is there something more I need to do to add th other 27 missing channels?

Have you installed the card drivers and do they work with there own software is always a good place to start.
If they do work, then disable all services that may tie the cards to the manufacturers software, and then add them to MP.

Under XP Sp2 my TV-card shows me a signal of 100% and quality of 80%.
