please help me make a HVR-3000 work on MP. My problem has to do with the DVB-S and DVB-T part of the card. I always can see one part (DVB-T or DVB-S) into the configuration and of course the analogue part. Is there something to add into the carddefinitions.xml in order to help me ?

I think you will have to disable UAC by running MSCONFIG.exe and you may have to run the install using a batch file and as an administrator.
If you search the forums for "2869" you will find where other users have had this problem.
I am not sure if the batch file is still required to propogate administrator rights...

Got one H.264/DVB-S2 channel working yesterday by first tuning into BBC HD (FTA/H.264/DVB-S) from cold start and then switching to a H.264/DVB-S2 channel. It only worked once though even after multiply TVservice restarts and PC restarts.

I found out, that only the BDA App from Technotrend will not accept the h.264 codec of PDVD 7.3. After installing PDVD 7.3 Ultimate I can select the Cyberlink codecs in MP configuration. But it's not a stable solution because MP is crashing most of the times when tuning a HD-H.264 channel...

Thanks for your suggestion, Kalon. Fixed it - found out it was a Cyberlink codec installed with the Nova-T cards that seemed to have corrupted. Removed the file, reinstalled the cards and all works perfectly.
