I'm sorry i didn't catch it earlier, when i arrived at my office, the machine was hung up on a process and i couldn't get it killed...
If there is a problem with the forums, Frodo usually let's me know. I check in about 4-5 times a week to make sure they are still up.

I think its good that the forum has an RSS feed for seeing the latest posts but I find that the 15 items isn't very many. Could we please have more than 15 items returned in the forum's RSS feed, perhaps 30 or 50?

Having a special upload/download site is a good idea.
But whether we have that or not, I think there should be a plug-ins page on the main Media Portal website which has links to the most popular plug-ins.
This page could be simply maintained by the webmaster, nothing fancy.
