When using the new firmware it is no longer neccesary to use Hardware PID filtering.

I tried the card on a win 2003 machine; MP worked fine there and could scan without any problems.
I then removed and reinstalled drivers yet again on the HTPC machine, and this time it worked. I dont know that I did anything different this time around; I guess its just finicky to do it "right". :/
