you can easily get RF modulators from many electronics shops. They only cost about $10 each but you do need to wire them up. Even if you're a novice with a soldering iron it's pretty easy.
Just make sure to get a UHF modulator, so you can just feed it in with the rest of the signals.

Spec wise you won't have any problems playing hd content. You can use floppydtv tunercards for hdtv. They connect via firewire so you don't need any pci slots. I think this mainboard has a optical out right? so no need for a soundcard.

Much better hardware acceleration than the P5E-VM HDMI with the integrated HD3200 graphics supporting Avivo HD and UVD+
