I confirm that you can't use TV Server to receive shoofeetv. MediaPortal's OnlineVideos plugin may be your only option:

I have now tried VODServer but come to the conclusion (might be wrong) that it can not be used to run executables when switching channles using Analog tuners in TV-server (which is what I'm using (Hauppauge Colossus)).
