Client server is running windows xp sp3 vm9 - worked fine before 1.0.1 but after 1.0.1 went bad - have to set it to 720p to watch it... ""Might"" be an issue with the 1.0.1 with 1080 signals...... not sure still looking into what...

I have found the answer. The extension .flv given by the downloaded system used ( RealPlayer) with the h264 video codec and the aac/aac+ audio codec confuses the codec mediaportal has to use. If i only change the extension from .flv to .m4a without any transcodification it works all well.

I transfered the the files to another location and after this i had to reimport the recording
in the TV-Server Configuration. After a new restart of TV-Service and MediaPortal Client the files
worked again. Thats UGHHHH .

I tried it and found it was using NVIDIA Pure Video, so I uninstalled it, then it was using Cyberlink and still choppy so I uninstalled cyberlink. Now it is using ffdshow which uses Gabest's codec I think and it WORKS!!
