Multiple errors in your logs, but the biggest 1 seems to indicate that you have DVB EPG grabbing enabled, and don't have a service for that. Since you seem to use WebEPG, disable the DVB EGP grabbing completely.

Yes, power cord plugged in. I never noticed the problem as I use a TBS DVB-T/T2 as well and this is usually higher up the priority list in TV server. Just trying to help another user solve his problem.
