I'm currently developing my first MediaPortal-plugin and I'm having some very basic problems with the image and filmstrip...
I tried waeberd method a few posts above, and it doesnt work. I can click on 'applications' and there I see an empty choice (a line like something is there, but no text). If I click on that I seem to open another folder where I see an 'internet explorer' entry but clicking on it does nothing...if I try 'launch' from the program...

Services kept on re-enabling themselves etc...
In the end I just stopped all the Media Centre services and then renamed the eHome folder to eHome_OLD so the MCE is disabled forever... :-)
