After uninstalling the card's drivers, removing the card, reinserting it into the same PCI slot, reinstalling the drivers, WinTV & ProgDVB found all the channels. But MediaPortal was still showing 'no signal'. A re-installation of that has also fixed everything . The settings were the default ones. i.e. 'No Diseqc' and Universal LNB.

My problem was that when I first installed MediaPortal, I instructed (through the install wizard) that I wouldn't be using Media Portal to watch TV.

After long testing I found in a log file the version of System32\PsiDecd.dll... or I was using the dvbfix so this DLL should be reg in C:\dvbfix !
So I just copy this dll from C:\dvbfix to System32... And it's working again !!!
I suppose one of my new software change the regsvr32.

I see you use StreamedMP. You can use the MenuEditor to create a TVGuide shortcut on the BasicHome. Point it to mytvguide.xml.
