Problems with the TV-Server or MyTV frontend? Post them in here.
If you open MP Config => Television => TV Client => Audio Settings you (hopefully) find a checkbox called "Enable Audio dual mode switching". This one should do the job.
With your remotecontrol I can't help you. Using a Microsoft remocon you can find the audio switchin by pressing the "i" button.

I found a link to a site about driver tweaks for the pinnacle.. so i did them and now i have scanning occur on those frequencies without the no signal.. not tried actually tuning a channel on the card yet as they have a lower priority than the Hauppauge cards..

I think I've finally got to the bottom of this. Looks like it was a hardware problem, which would explain why it was getting worse when I thought nothing on the system had changed. The hard drive was dying - became obvious when it got worse. That explains why live TV was fine (uses a USB flash stick for timeshifting) and recordings...

I have 2 x DUAL digital tuners (totals 4 tuners) installed in an XP SP3 with DVB fix. I have a DNTV Dual Hybrid S2 card and an AverMedia A177 card
The TV server does see all 4 tuners and it "appears" they all work BUT after doing a test by shifting one of the Avermedia tuners to highest priority...

It's really sad to see so much people with the same problem and nobody in the dev team able to fix it. It seems we demonstrated stutterings are not due to bad TV signal or bad network hardware. I'm not using MediaPortal anymore but I liked it very much.

Problem with SVN solved with the help of CieNeSDi.
SVN shows the same behavior; takes 15 seconds to tune the first channel. When changing channel, image first freezes then disappears (black) and again then freezes on the last image of the previous channel. Looking at stream shows the new channel. Problem must be with the client.
