FYI for anyone who has this problem.
Check the time on the server motherboard. If it is out by a substantial amount of time the client won't be able to record or stop recordings.
Once the time on the server was adjusted all my problems went...

After a Windows crash, I have installed this computer 5 times with no luck.
everything works except the record now...
FM still doesn't work in 1.0.1.0, but at least streaming now works. now if I try the FM i get a message saying:
unable to play: 104500000.radio
audio codec:
is this indicationg it can not find any codec to play the file? wher do I get a codec for .radio files?

It appares that it is not fixed, I just upgraded from 1.0.0 to 1.0.1 and the version did not update. deleting mediaportal.exe.config from the virtualstore fixed it.

after some investigation it seems that this error was caused due to an isue with the hosts file missing 127.0.0.1. If anyone else has this issue simple goto
c:\windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and edit the hosts file in not pad. Ensure that 127.0.0.1 localhost is entered into the file. Hope this helps others.

Have a problem on channels that belongs to certain transponder. There is no audio from theese channels
using the MPC audio codec...
