I fixed it by answering my own question :) ... the frequency 706 was missing in the "netherlands - all regions" section in the dvb-t xml.
How i solved it:
I used the FireDTV Viewer that came with the FireDTV Card to scan for channels. (Must say it does a much faster job scanning than MP-TV Server) in...
