I would really appreciate hi-quality resampling to 24bit/192kHz for BASS player with asio or wasapi exlusive output. I can resample the rest with FFDShow filter, but for music I have to use Foobar with SoX resampler.

I cannot see anything wrong in these logs. The plugin is doing what it is supposed to do. For the DTS and also for the 5.1 track.
Because you are using spdif, you get only 2 channels from the 5.1 because spdif only transports 2 channels. PureAudio does not contain an AC3 or DTS encoder.

Stereo -> Stereo
5.1 -> 5.1
7.1 -> 7.1
I think it comes from the windows device, because when 5.1 speakers are set, then everything goes out as Multichannel. But don´t mind anymore, with the latest PowerDVD update I can leave Stereo...

This plugin does not contain any multichannel encoder. So if you feed it with pcm (like from a mp3 or flac), it will output pcm, also on spdif. Because spdif only supports 2 pcm channels, you cannot upmix to 5.1 and then send that over spdif. This can only be done when using an audiodevice with ac3 encoding capabilities.

Thanks alot for you help, i have now set my radio up to play the web stream and made a folder with the .asx files. I works fine exept one problem, when i change stream i will not play the next one, i then have to restart MP to be able to chose another stream. Have you seen this before?
