You need Gabests MPEG Source Splitter to use Blu-ray handler. I install it from HD Pack but it should be installed with SAF.
Also, how have you ended up with a Blu-ray with MPEG3 audio? Its not part of the spec I shouldn't have thought you'll have much with MPEG3 in an m2ts stream. This is much more likely the source of your problem...

I would say there is no right or wrong codec. Use which ever works best for you. I never used to like the Microsoft DMO decoder for VC-1 as it stuttered more than Arcsoft but since SP1 and updating my ATI drivers it seems to be fine so I'm going to switch back to it.

You need Gabests MPEG Splitter. Its installed either by downloading the Standalone filters from MPC-HC and registering them yourself, installing SAF v5, or by installing HD Pack 2.6 (or later).
