The videos played nicely in MePo on Windows XPm but after moving to Windows 7 I have this silly stuttering.
What I found is, that MePo uses the codec selected for MPEG2 although it should use the one for H.264, shouldn't it?

The issue seems to be known, I found a bugtracker topic on SourceForge.net: ffdshow: Detail: 3028871 - Plays DTS-MA instead of regular DTS when SPDIF is being used. Unfortunately the issue is still open since July 2010 :(
