After not using the TV server for a while it just crashes. Mostly this is at night but it occurs only when no client is watching...

Problem solved... at lest for now: when saving NFO files edited in notepad ensure that encoding is set to UTF-8 (default is ANSI) corresponding with the start of the NFO that states: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes" ?>

Yep, I can confirm - it is internal connection only.
MP and TV Server use .NET remoting to communicate... which basically means they use the network to communicate, but there is no use of your internet cap/quota unless the MP client is on a different machine *outside* your local network.

I was running MediaPortal the other day on my gaming/media PC and just out of curiosity, I decided to run TCPView in the background...
That is the conclusion I came to as well... ended up forgetting about trying to re-map the RMB button being sent by the info button. If anyone has some ideas, I'd love to get the use of that button back!

after upgrading to MediaPortal 1.3.0.0 there's no fullscreen teletext like in 1.2.3.0 anymore (on my end)...
I have that done, all channels from the first colum on the left, to the second colum.
My two tuners got all channels on colum named "Channels mapped to card"Finally i have found my solution.
