Nope, this is not normal, try to play the same file with GraphStudio, if you have it, does not stutter there, there is some misconfiguration in MP. You can try to play in MPC-HC player, or VLC. If it plays normally in those players, look at the config in MP.

Just a quick note; the latest version of LAV now comes with an Audio Configuration shortcut, so there is no need to set the pass thru option from an external application (such as Graphstudio). I also have no requirement for subtitle use, so as noted by technick, there may be better options if you need them :thx:

In this case the problem is not that they get unregistered - they simply refuse to connect to anything unless the WinDVR software has been registered. Codecs are quite capable of checking the registry (or any other place where a software register key might be stored) so PDVD would be an exception if that does indeed work.
