I think you're mixing up things. MP2 (MP version 2 Alpha) doesn't provide any options for mini displays yet, so I guess you're configuring options for MP1 but use the GUI of MP2. Those two products are completely independent from each other, i.e. settings made in the MP1 config tool only apply to the MP1 GUI.
