In the latest logs there are strange problems.
Please restart the TV service:
Open TV Server configuration.
Go to the manual control section.
Click stop service... then start service.
While you're in there, disable the "DVB EPG" section - it won't help you get EPG data...

I explictly uninstalled MySQL as well, when Mediaportal was re-installed it claimed MySQL was not installed and downloaded a new one and installed it. Found it - having trashed my test systems, full reinstall of all MePo elements - the PluginConfigLoader is part of MP-TVSeries - it's the 'run MP-TVSeries' options you get on 1st install.
