Unless you're using a CableCARD tuner without a CableCARD (which Matthew is not), the frequency doesn't matter. ;)

Unfortunately, it's not that simple. it's the cable box that somehow needs to receive the remote control input of "628-1" from MediaPortal to tune to that subchannel. So with the settings as above on your screenshot, is the behavior the same? i.e. MP freeze on every attempt to watch liveTV or recordings?
If you changed these settings recently, then please post new logs with latest settings.

Yeah, "All Channels" was missing from radios for some reason.
Could that be a bug? I deleted all tables from database and then did "SetupTV ---configure-db" which apparently created everything except for all radios.

Seems to be as I suspected. TsReader is able to communicate with the server using RTSP, but not able to receive the video/audio/etc.
Please check your firewalls on the client and server to ensure MP has the required access to your network.
