Probably you're only receiving now/next info rather than full EPG info. A reinstall probably won't fix it.

Since over a month now, I don't have EPG data for Germany any more. This is due to modification on website of tvinfo.de, and now tvxb is not configured to read the new situation anymore. mc2xml still runs fine for Belgian channels.

Many thanks, that was it! I think it got corrupted because I have a problem with the sleep state. Hibernate is not available and from sleep, the screen keeps black on wake so the only way to get in touch with the machine is a hard boot.
But the labels work anyway so thanks again!

A very useful feature of the MP EPG...
On V1.2.2 I always got 7 days of EPG on my DVB-C connection. However, after I installed V1.2.3, I only get EPG for the current (now running) program (and sometimes the next one) - for all channels. And that's it! I have been playing around with the settings and timeouts, but nothing helps.
