As far as i am aware the limit of TCP Connections in windows server 2008 R2 Standard is 1025. so i don't think the issue is the OS.
Tried to attach some logs but every time i try and upload a file it comes up saying there was an error.

Your databases seemed to be crashed (Music, TVSeries, MovPic).
Best is to delete them and restore them from an earlier point if you have backups or make a complete new scan.
