It seems that with only 1 IPTV card on the Server I can't get 2 clients whatching the same IPTV channel at the same time...
You can jump a little bit back in your recording by using the left arrow on your remote or keyboard whenvever you encounter a stutter or artifact to replay the last 15 or 30 seconds. If the stutter then occurs at exactly the same moment, it is part of the recording and not subject to connection issues.

I had moved my tuner cards around, as well as removing a card, and consequently lost the link between some of the card records and link records in the channel map table.
All fixed now by removing the redundant channel map records.
