hi - this problem somehow solved itself. The only thing that I did / changed was running DVBCineCOnfig and loaded a transponderlist to MediaCenter. (MediaCenter is disabled on my system). Doesn't seem logical that this is the real solution. But it's the only guess I could make.

With standard MP and a HDHR Prime you'll only get clear QAM local channels. Install the patch here and you should get copy-freely (including clear QAM) channels. Make sure to read and follow the instructions in the first post of that thread carefully.
