With standard MP and a HDHR Prime you'll only get clear QAM local channels. Install the patch here and you should get copy-freely (including clear QAM) channels. Make sure to read and follow the instructions in the first post of that thread carefully.
CableCARD support in MP is not official, so Silicondust couldn't possibly claim it...
