hi ,
usly any changes you mack in a skin (XML'S,Grapics...) you need close MP and delet the skin folder in the Cache folder ,
so the changes will take effect, if you don't clear the skin cache folder ther will not be any effect....

RTENL are still messing with channel allocations and names, if any channel names have changed you can rename the logo files to match.
